A NEW service! The Make it work Job Retention Programme
The "Make it work" Job Rentention programme is a FREE service that provides impartial support for anyone who is experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, problems concentrating or lacking in motivation, which is affecting their work.
The service can provide 1-2-1 support to both the employee's and their employer's to help both parties identify solutions to the issue.
This service can:
- Help over coming barriers to sustain current employment
- Assisting the employee establish a healthy work/life balance
- Support to keep lines of communication open between employee & employer during sickness absence
- Support through a phased return to work after a period of ill health
- Support during absence review meeting’s, disciplinary or grievance hearings
- Support disclosing difficult or sensitive issues with an employer
- Help to find alternative employment (CV Work, Job Search, Interview techniques)
- Signposting to other mental health services
The service provided is based on the needs of each individual. The ultimate goal of the individual is to sustain their current employment or move into alternative employment.
