On-Track+ Group Activities
What is On Track + Group Activity Service?
The On-Track+ service is delivered in partnership by Doncaster Mind and Rethink. Doncaster Mind run the group activitiy part of the service. We provide support, access and educational activities within small groups in Doncaster and the surrounding areas.
Who is the service for?
Ther service is for individuals over the age of 16, who live in the Doncaster and surrounding areaa and are affected by mental health issues.
What does the service offer?
The Service offers a range of groups and actvities both at our Centre on Netherhall Road and out in the community.
Below are some of the examples of some of the groups that we offer:
- Walking Groups Basic Computers
- Arts and Crafts
- Smoking cessation
- Confidence to Learn, Volunteer and Work
- Short Walks
- Relaxation/Complementary Therapies
- Anxiety Management
- WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)
The programme will vary from time to time so please see below for an up to date timetable. Any ideas for new groups will be welcome, please let us know your suggestions
How do I access the service?
You can complete an equiry form on the contact us page, by telephone, email or in person at our offices on Netherhall Road, Doncaster.
How will this help me?
The groups will give you the opportunity to take part in activities that interest you. Also, you are able to meet new people in a small group setting along with a member of staff from our service. You will be supported to gain the most from the group and you might wish to progress on to one of our other groups.
