Our Services

One to One Support IMG_8552

The one to one support we provide aims to improve wellbeing by working together with volunteer coaches, mentors or befrienders to achieve meaningful goals and connect with others.

It can be beneficial to talk through with someone to find ways of dealing with the things that are affecting your mental health and wellbeing for example, you may experience social isolation and feelings of loneliness, and support from our trained volunteers can help.

What is Befriending?

Befriending service currently under review. Waiting list closed. New service to be offered shortly....watch this space!

What is mentoring?

The project provides adults who are struggling with their mental health the opportunity to enhance their recovery by working one to one alongside a mentor to identify meaningful goals and work towards these to enable a more fulfilling life.

Mentors provide one to one support with the primary aim to support a client to set personal, recovery focused goals and work independently towards small actions.

Support is provided for up to 12 sessions and will support an individual to increase resilience, independence and coping strategies.
