Guided Learning in groups

Our guided learning is part of our Young People in Mind Service which supports Young People aged 18 - 25.  We are currently developing more courses and workshops which will be aimed at Young People and the difficulties that they face.  These courses are to support you to feel connected, learn more about yourself and how to take care of your emotional wellbeing and mental health.

DMMCS posterDiscovering My More Confident Self Course

We get it that navigating the transition form a teenager to young adult can be tricky. Suddenly we have all those new responsibilities to embrace, deadlines to meet  and because we have never done it before it can feel overwhelming and can knock our confidence down.

The great news is  you are a Perfectly Imperfect Human Being with all the inner resources you may ever need, including confidence, already in you. The million dollar question is: are you connected to those resources?

During out Discovering My More Confident Self course we will explore the following:

  • increase our understanding around the topic of confidence
  • start work on improving how we see ourselves
  • how to embody the feelings of confidence
  • what is communication and how to communicate assertively
  • demystifying CV writing and job interview process
  • identify barriers to feeling confident
  • how to build resilience for future challenges

Discovering My More Confident Self course will run for 6 consecutive weeks. We will meet at Doncaster Mind office for 2 hours every week for a session.

If you would like to embark on the journey towards reconnecting with your more confident self, fill in the form below and we will be in contact soon!
