Cycling Workshop - beginners and up!

As part of our August Summer of fun we're offering a Cycling Workshop! Suitable for beginners and up.

Are you over 18? Live in Doncaster? Want to have a friendly place to learn to ride or improve your cycling confidence?

Join us at Woodfield Park, Tickhill Road on Thursday 8th August from 10.30am - 12noon.

Meet out partners - Pedalready!

To give you the best experience, and to speak with people who really know bikes, we've team up with pedalweb-pedal-readyready who can support you with your cycling questions, and give you expert advice!

Pedalready already have groups, sessions and lessons on how to cycle, learning about your bike and spaces to go for a ride.

You can find out more from their website. Just click their logo.

The Cycling Workshop

Meet us at 10.30 at St Cathecyclingrine's House in Woodfield Park, Tickhill Road.

During our 90 minutes session on 8th August, you'll learn about the bike you're riding, how to use your gears, where the brakes are and how to improve your balance and confidence before heading out for a bike ride around the grounds. There are cycle paths and minimal traffic so you can ride with confidence.

You can bring your own bike, or let us know you need to borrow a bike and pedalready can check their bike library to see that you're fully kitted out.

At the end of the session, we'll stop for a lovely cuppa at the nearby cafe and have a laugh and chat with each other.

Places are limited so please book your place by:
