My Mindfulness Journey 

(Weekly Subscription) 

We are very excited to be launching our Mindfulness and Meditation subscription service soon.

It’s for anyone and everyone however we have written and structured it to suit busy business individuals and their teams who decided to take action towards improving their wellbeing and looking after their mental health.   

Weekly classes with our facilitator will allow you to embed mindfulness into your everyday life, one week at a time, and from the first session start reaping the benefits which regular practice offers (calmness, clarity of mind and focus).

We understand that it’s hard to carve out big blocks of time in your eventful, deadline driven working life. That’s why each session will last up to 60 minutes and will provide you with a point of focus for your practice until the next session.

We understand that life happens to all of us and with that in mind, every class will be self-contained so you so not have to worry about missing the session.

Our minds learn by repetition so course material will be reviewed and revisited periodically to embed the knowledge and refine your skills.

If you encounter any stumbling blocks on your journey, let your facilitator know about it and they will address it in the session.

For your convenience, sessions will run weekly for a period of 12 weeks, on the same day of the week, at the same time.
