The new year can often come with an influx of “New year, New me” messaging and resolutions which can be overwhelming. Therefore, this year we are changing the conversation and relieving the new year pressures by creating a free 7-day boost programme that encourages you to feel good and improve you mental and physical health by taking part in 6 activities that can be easily incorporated into your day-to-day life without any pressure as in this programme the only membership and equipment you need is you!
