We all feel stressed occasionally but what actually is stress? Is there good and bad stress? Our courses answer these questions and teach you how to recognise the signs and triggers around stress before suggesting mechanisms to manage life’s stresses to ultimately live a healthier and even happier life. 

Investment in our stress themed sessions start from £150.00 per session.

Research indicates that for every £1 spent by employers on mental health interventions, employers could get back £5.30 in reduced absence, presenteeism, and staff turnover. Our 60-minute stress awareness session is designed to help participants gain a greater understanding of stress, its impact on mental and physical health, and practical strategies for managing it.

Led by experienced trainers this session provides valuable insights and opportunities for self-reflection.

By the end of the session, participants will gain a greater understanding of stress, its impacts, and how to manage it effectively. They will leave with a customized toolkit of practical strategies and techniques for promoting positive mental health and well-being in their personal and professional lives.

Investment:  £150.00 per 60 minutes session.

We recommend to limit the number of participant to 15 per session to maximise the engagement and learning experience.
