We know this time of year can be tough for everyone, with the cold winter weather, early dark nights, and cost of living that many people are facing. To support our community through the winter, we along with three other partner organisations in Doncaster will be providing pop up shops across Doncaster where our staff will be able to provide advice and guidance.
Doncaster Mind exists in order to promote recovery from mental ill-health, emotional well-being and independent living. We are continually reviewing and updating the services that we provide. Please click on the images below for further information about specific projects and services that we run.
Supported self help - free mental health support. It's a free, six-week guided programme, where we give you the materials to understand and manage your feelings. We also call you regularly to give you support. You don't need a GP referral to sign up for supported self-help.
We support community members into groups and support that they may otherwise not be aware of – many people don’t know just how much support is available to them! We’re here to try and improve that situation!
