We absolutely want to make our roles to be as accessible as we can to the widest range of applicants, so please see below our process which can start with an informal telephone conversation.
What is the telephone conversation?
This is an opportunity for us to talk you through the role, how your skills and experience might fit our job description and person
specification and talk you through how to complete the application form It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role. We know how time consuming completing an application is and you may be wondering if your skills and experience are relevant or whether you should apply so this gives you the opportunity to see if you are a good fit for the role, what the role entails and any other questions that you might have, this way you will also know what we are looking for when we shortlist.
To book a phone call, please email Don McLellan at don@doncastermind.org.uk to arrange a call.
Do I need to have a phone conversation?
Although we would recommend the phone call you do not need to have this but can go straight to completing an application form. To obtain the application pack, please email don@doncastermind.org.uk or find the information below.
What next?
Once you have submitted your application form, we will compare your application to what looking for with our person specification and job description, and if a good fit contact you for an interview.
