A step by step art workshopÂ
By actively immersing yourself in an art activity it can help you stay present and reduce stress and anxiety by preventing ruminative thoughts. Engaging in a craft can be akin to meditation, allowing the mind to immerse fully in the activity and providing a break from daily worries.

Time: 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
Location: Market Place
These sessions are suitable for beginners and creatives too. All materials will be provided. Please wear clothes that can get messy!
