A festive, family-friendly 5K to run, walk or jog, while raising money to support better mental health across South Yorkshire.

Get into the festive spirit and join us for Mental Elf, organised by the Minds in South Yorkshire – Rotherham and Barnsley Mind, Doncaster Mind and Sheffield Mind – Mental Elf is about bringing people together, getting moving and supporting vital local mental health services.

You don’t need to be a runner. Run, walk, jog the 5K in your best festive fancy dress.

Bring your family, friends, colleagues – everyone is welcome.

Every step helps raise money for local mental health support across South Yorkshire. So grab your festive outfit, gather your elves and join us for a brilliant day with a purpose.

Important! 

We love festive fancy dress and encourage you to get creative, but please don’t come dressed as Santa – we need to keep that particular role for the real star of the show!

Also please note that dogs are not permitted at this event.
