This can be part of everyday activities, such as cleaning, gardening, shopping, cooking, or walking to local amenities, or it can be something you choose to do specifically to stay active whether that be swimming, cycling, yoga, strength training, dancing, exercise classes, or gentle activities such as chair-based exercises and tai chi.
Anyway we move our bodies, no matter how big or small it is an excellent way to improve both our mental and physical health allowing us to build and maintain a healthier lifestyle, have more energy, an improved mood and the chance to make new connections.
