Move For Your Mind Yoga

Yoga (2)Come join our Move for your Mind Yoga group! 

On Wednesday the 11th of February at 1pm - 2pm for 4 weeks our Move for your Mind group will be participating in four weeks of yoga. The yoga sessions will take place at a yoga studio and will incorporate relaxation, deep breathing, meditation and light stretching. 

Why should I join the Group?

Our Move for your Mind group helps you build up a habit of doing some movement. 

Trying a new activity in a friendly environment

You don't need to have a gym kit

Any activity is modified to fit your skill level

Increases serotonin and improves your mood
