Move For Your Mind Yoga
Come join our Move for your Mind Yoga group!
On Wednesday the 11th of February at 1pm - 2pm for 4 weeks our Move for your Mind group will be participating in four weeks of yoga. The yoga sessions will take place at a yoga studio and will incorporate relaxation, deep breathing, meditation and light stretching.

Our Move for your Mind group helps you build up a habit of doing some movement.
