A calming, uplifting session dedicated to you, your body, and your mind, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2025.

My Mindful Hour- celebrating MHAW 2025 In this one-hour guided mindfulness session, we’ll slow things down, tune in to the present moment, and gently reconnect with ourselves. Whether you're new to mindfulness or already practising, this space is for everyone who wants to pause, breathe, and prioritise their wellbeing.

What to expect:

  • Gentle guided mindfulness exercises

  • Body awareness practices

  • A focus on self-kindness and gratitude
