MindWorks, is a locally delivered workforce support and employee assistance programme (EAP), has officially launched bringing a fresh, community-focused alternative to national and remote EAP’s. 

Developed through a partnership between three local Minds including Doncaster Mind, Rotherham and Barnsley Mind, MindWorks is designed with South Yorkshire’s unique challenges and priorities in mind. With workplace stress continuing to rise 776,000 workers reported new or ongoing cases of work-related stress, anxiety, or depression in 2023/24 the need for tailored, accessible support has never been greater.
