Personal development courses (guided learning)
To feel more connected to yourself, learn more about yourself and how to take care of your emotional wellbeing and mental health we also run personal development courses also known as 'guided learning'. These are delivered in a group setting by a qualified, experience and knowledgeable facilitator. As a participant, you also get to learn from each other during the course.
Our courses are delivered in a group setting and are run over 6 weekly sessions. They run 4 times a year each and include;

Getting to Know Anxiety
Dealing with Anger
