Our Services

Group support for refugees & asylum seekers

Our Settle project responds to the specific emotional and wellbeing needs of non UK nationals arriving in Doncaster as refugees or asylum seekers.

Our group based activities provide a safe, respectful space in which people create connections and gain access to overall mental health and wellbeing, reducing barriers and increasing social interaction by offering a feeling of belonging to our local community.

Support for the Ukrainian community

Support for the Afghan community

Through grant funding provided by national Mind and Doncaster City Council, we are proud and privileged to be working with the Ukrainian and Afghan communities in Doncaster and our ultimate aspiration is to be able to offer our unique support to all those who have arrived in Doncaster under refugee or asylum seeker status.

If you are aware of anyone from the Ukrainian or Afghan communities that is struggling please let them know we can help. To talk to us about our work with refugees and asylum seekers please contact office@doncastermind.org.uk or call 01302 812190.
