For Mental Health Awareness Week we're inviting you help us make a difference — because mental health starts with community!

Why Fundraise?

Here are some fun and simple ways to fundraise as a community this Mental Health Awareness Week:

  • Move for Mind Challenge: Set a personal or team goal — 10,000 steps a day, a 5K walk, or a group cycle ride.

  • Community Tea and Talk: Host a coffee morning at your workplace, school, or community centre.

  • Charity Bake Sale or Craft Fair: Bring your community together with creativity (and cake!).

  • Dress for Mental Health: Pick a colour that represents mental health and dress up as a group to raise funds.

  • Sponsored Silence or Digital Detox: Take a break to raise awareness about the importance of mental rest.

  2. Let us know your plans so we can support you with promo materials and shout-outs.
