Banner - Day 7Hello!

Welcome to Day 7 of the “With You in Mind” Campaign to celebrate World Mental Health Day which is today!!!

Today is #SelfcareSunday and we will be focussing on the importance of looking after yourself and ways to do this.

We have attached all the documents and sent this post out early as we are encouraging you to download them, print them off or send the email to your phone! Why not read these Sunday morning when you are in bed and preparing for the day and looking at ways you can introduce self care into your routines.
