Lead Services That Change Lives
Our Recovery & Complex Needs Pathway supports people facing some of life's toughest challenges, including significant mental health difficulties, housing issues, unemployment, financial hardship and social isolation.
As Deputy Manager, you'll help lead services that provide practical, emotional and coordinated support, helping people move towards greater stability, independence and recovery.
Support Great People to Deliver Outstanding Outcomes
You'll help lead and develop a dedicated team of practitioners and volunteers who make a real difference every day. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll provide leadership, oversight and support across a range of services, ensuring people receive safe, effective and person-centred support when they need it most.
Shape Better Outcomes Across Doncaster
This role offers the opportunity to influence how mental health and recovery services are delivered across Doncaster.
Working alongside partners across health, housing, community and voluntary sectors, you'll help strengthen pathways, improve access to support, identify new opportunities and contribute to Doncaster Mind's ongoing development as we continue to build a more joined-up and responsive approach to recovery and complex needs support.
