Move for Your Mind

Try moving for your mental health in 2024. 

Active peer supportHave you ever wanted to get moving more, but worry about going to the gym?

Do you just not know which sports you like - or don't like? 

Do you not have any sports wear? 

Not sure which end of a racket you hold?

None of this matters to us. 

We want to support you to move your body to help your mental health. 

Our organisation is known for being a non-judgmental space, supporting you to try new things within a friendly and safe environment.

We're excited to be working with Leger Sport on our project in North Doncaster. We want to support your mental wellbeing whilst working on your fitness. 

Our induction evening with Jenni and Lauren will be on Wednesday 7th February from 7.30 - 8.30pm. 

These sessions are fully funded with NO COST to you.
