What is it?
An interactive workshop to allow you the space to consider how you can fit Mindfulness into your day to day life.
Mindfulness is about living in the moment and staying present in life. It can help you to accept thoughts and experiences without judging them. This will provide you with practical strategies and techniques to live more mindfully.
Who should join?
If you are finding that stress is getting in the way of you enjoying your life and you want to know how to switch off, then this workshop is for you.
