In the just concluded Mind Federation award, we were highly commended for an Excellence Award in Leadership. 

This is coming after our new New CEO, Laura Arthur unlocked an orgnaisational vision based on a passion for developments and growth. With the support of the Chair, trustees board and senior management team, we embraced the challenge of improving our local profile.

This award just shows the hard work and dedication of the Leadership Team, over the past 2 years. The team of managers and coordinators have supported the team through substantial growth and development in which saw us double the staff, double the services and a 52% increase in people reaching out to Doncaster Mind for support.
